Returning goods  

For products found to be faulty within 7 days of delivery please complete our Returns Form.


1. Unwanted Items

Unwanted items may be returned to Systemactive Limited up to 7 days after the receipt of goods, subject to a restocking fee. However it is a pre-condition of our acceptance of such items that they are returned unopened (if the returned product was a new item the manufacturers seal must remain intact and undamaged).
It is your responsibility to make sure the goods reach us in the condition stated above. We recommend that you use a reliable carrier or registered mail and make sure that the goods are sufficiently insured. We cannot accept liability for goods damaged in transit.
a) In order to return unwanted items you should complete a Returns Form ASAP.
b) Providing the above conditions are met we will then issue an RAN (Return Authorisation Number) then you may return the goods to us. Please fix a label to the outside of the packaging showing the RAN number, do not write on the box as it will invalidate your return.
c) Once we have examined the goods and are happy with the condition of them we will issue you with a refund, minus the restocking fee and any delivery charges.
Please note sent to us without a valid RAN number will not be accepted.


2. Faulty Items

Whilst we hope that our products will not prove faulty, occasionally faults will arise. It is our aim to deal with them in as swift a way as possible. Our "Dead on Arrival" or DOA period is 28 days from date of payment when we will offer an exchange or refund (at our discretion).
Should you receive a faulty item then you should complete a Returns Form. We will then confirm by return how the problem will be addressed. It may well be that the problem will be dealt with by one of our manufacturers directly, should this be the case we will advise you of the contact details. If your faulty product needs to come back to us then the returns procedure is as follows:
a) Upon receipt from us of an RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) please make sure that the product is packed complete and securely to avoid transit damage. Please fix a label to the outside of the packaging showing the RAN number, do not write on the box as it will invalidate your return. We will then arrange for collection of the product and will advise you as to when this will take place. We reserve the right to return the item to the purchaser or charge a restocking fee should the product be found to be in full working order once we receive it back.


3. Incorrect Goods

We hope that you will never receive incorrect goods from us but as we use many forwarders, mistakes may occasionally happen. Should you believe you have been sent the wrong items then complete a Returns Form no later than 24 hours after receipt of goods. We will then endeavour to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.


4. Short Shipments/Transit Damaged

Returns due to damaged items or short shipments will only normally be considered if the carriers receipt has been endorsed to that effect and reported to us within 24 hours. If you elect to sign for the delivery as unchecked you shall forfeit your right to make a claim for short shipment or damage in transit.


Should we need to pick up the goods from you then the procedure will be the same as with faulty items. Please note items that are sent to us without a valid RAN number will not be accepted.

Whilst in possession of the Goods you will be under a duty to take reasonable care of them. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on Goods returned which have been made unfit for resale or damaged whilst in your possession.


Any returns authorisations given by us shall be valid for 10 working days from the date of issue.


If 28 days have passed then we cannot help and it will be necessary to follow and the manufacturer's warranty process.
