All our HP Renew products have the same original HP warranty. There is NO difference in the warranty offered for HP Renew products and that offered originally on new. HP Renew carries the same warranty and service options as new.

The HP Renew warranty begins on the date of your purchase from us and refreshes the original warranty. Please take note this is NOT " a remaining warranty policy ".

All HP Product can have its warranty upgraded to HP Critical System Support, 3 year 24/7 support and HP Care Packs.

Unless otherwise stated the HP warranty is a collect, repair and return policy, administered and organised by HP.
